This is a personal hobby project and experiment provided as a service to the community. By using this platform and donating to your personal balance or the community balance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. As-Is Basis: This service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. I make no guarantees regarding the stability, security, or performance of the virtual instances.
2. Donations & Costs: Balance "donations" are used solely to cover third-party cloud infrastructure costs. These funds are non-refundable, even if the service becomes unavailable or instances fail to launch.
3. No Liability: I am not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of this project.
4. Best Effort Only: There is no SLA or guarantees regarding quality of service and/or uptime. This project is maintained on a "best effort" basis.
5. Pricing Changes: I reserve the right to change pricing at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in infrastructure costs, changes to backend service providers, or to compensate for the time and effort required to develop, operate, and maintain the service. Pricing is not guaranteed to remain stable. Existing balances and credits are non-refundable.

Any costs collected are done so with the intent to cover operating costs (compute, storage, bandwidth, etc).
