This is a personal hobby project provided as a service to the community. By using this platform and donating to your personal wallet balance or the community balance, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. As-Is Basis: This service is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. I make no guarantees regarding the stability, security, or performance of the virtual instances.
2. Donations & Costs: Balance "donations" are used solely to cover third-party cloud infrastructure costs. These funds are non-refundable, even if the service becomes unavailable or instances fail to launch.
3. No Liability: I am not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of this project.
4. Best Effort Only: There is no SLA or guarantees regarding quality of service and/or uptime. This project is maintained on a "best effort" basis.

Any costs collected are strictly to cover operating overhead (hardware, bandwidth, hosting). There is no intent or effort to make profit from this.
